Request a pilot

Use this form to request a focused pilot around one supplier, material lot, magnet lot, component family, or buyer evidence request. A typical first pilot is scoped for two to four weeks and can begin with synthetic, redacted, or buyer-approved sample records.

What to include

• Organization type. Processor, magnet maker, defense supplier, allied feedstock team, prime or tier supplier, counsel, quality, or program team.

• Package scope. The supplier, material lot, magnet lot, component family, customer package, or review request you want to document first.

• Current records. Supplier records, facility history, lot identity, assays or certificates, QA/QC records, declarations, and buyer requirements.

• Data sensitivity. Whether records require NDA, security review, redaction, customer approval, or a customer-controlled storage model before sharing.

• Timeline and buyer stakeholders. Target date, procurement owner, technical owner, counsel, quality, audit, customer, or program reviewers.

Typical pilot deliverables

• Evidence model for the selected package.

• Missing-record and weak-record gap register.

• Sample lot acceptance or customer-review package.

• Controlled review workspace for buyer-side reviewers.

• Pilot handoff packet with success criteria, security questionnaire inputs, production requirements, and next-step statement of work.
